I'm Not Buyin' What You're Sellin'
I'm still very impressed with how great I've been feeling with the ViSalus products! I've got more energy for sure and I've been trying to get out and use it up. The running training is going well and I have now passed the mark where I am jogging more than I am walking, I haven't hurt my knees again, thanks to some suggestions and changes and I am noticing a jump in my endurance and strength. I'm really excited about these products and really do think that everyone would love them as much as I do.
As you know I did sign up as a promoter for the products. That means that I can sell them and make money when people sign up threw me. This is both a blessing and a curse I have found. Since I can sell them and people know I will make money from it I think they tend to tune out what I have to say. It's almost like they think I am exaggerating my results or just trying to throw them a sales pitch in order to convince them to sign "sign their life away" on the dotted line. This is frustrating to me because I really do believe in these products and have seen first hand the amazing health benefits that they can have. I had hoped that signing up as a promoter would show my faith in the company and products but with some people I think it is making my results seem less authentic.
It seems a lot of people are turned off from the direct sales approach of products as well. The think that I have leaned about that is, no matter what the company sells they have to have a FANTASTIC product in order for a direct sales method to work. If their products aren't good then no one would ever sign up to sell them and no one would be buying. I think the company growth of ViSalus alone speaks to the quality of the products.
It's unfortunate that there are people that I know would LOVE these products and would see fantastic results but they refuse to look into. I am still excited about being able to do something to help people take charge of their health and wellness in a simple and sustainable way. If they really aren't interested that's totally fine but I hope they are not writing it off because they don't believe my enthusiasm is sincere since I would make money from it. I thought about the products and researched for about a month myself before I signed up. I would expect others would want to take time looking into it as well. All I can do is let you know what it is all about, answer any questions you have or find those answers for you if I don't have them.
